Join us for Juniour Nature Photographers-a hands-on workshop designed to help young explorers engage with nature and the outdoors through curiosity,, creativity and care. Through guided photography activities, kids will practice trail etiquette, learn the basics of Leave No Trace, and discover how to observe wildlife respectfully while telling meaningful stories through their images. The goal isn't just to capture nature, but to understand and protect it.
No fancy gear required-a phone camera is perfectly fine for this workshop.
The session is led by Stephanie Saldivar, a Texas based nature photographer and educator whose work blends art, coservation and connection to place. A Naturalist at heart, Stephanie encourages participants to slow down, look closely and build a deeper relationship with the landscapes around them. Her programs cultivate curiosity, respect on the trail and confidence in creating art outdoors.Â
